my H1 extension was filled Nov20,2002 in TSC... it has already 7 months and NO NEWS!!! AMZING enough I received my EAD extension one month after applying... Why TSC is soooooooooo slow??? And how come they process something was filled last month and have not processed something that was...

my RD is also from april 2002...no FP also... :confused: I am also waiting for an extension of my H1 for more than 7 months but my EAD extension got ready in less th a month!!!!!!!

the problem is that TSC can take up to 999 days to process AOS!!! And you never know if this will take longer...also 999 days looks like as they have defined the duration with 3 numbers so they cannot put anything over 3 digits!!! so CP has been crossing my ming... I have not received...

Can I cahnge from AOS to CP? How do I found out how long does CP processing takes in Brazil? Do you have to be outside US the whole process or can u still be here? And if you can stay, can you go out of the US at all??? Thanks for your help!:confused:

After receiving GC (sometime in another 2-3 years ahead since in depending on TSC) for how long can you be out of the US? Coming every year for couple of months will be enough to keep GC? Will I have to stay for at least 180 days in total in the US or coming often (2-3 times/year for month or so...

actually it has 206 days... but i reckon since Im stuck with TSC the only thing I can do is waiting..waiting and waiting...:eek:

I checked it online... the receipt they are saying they sent it is the one saying they have received your aplication and that it should take 3-6 months. This message has been on for ages... what does your message say?

after receiving the green card the maximum time you can be out of the US is also 6 months? Can you come for a week and leave the country without risking loosing the GC? The main reason Im asking this is that my husband is waiting for his GC so we can come back and live in Brazil but we do...

how long after the fingerprint do you usually receive the temporary stamp on the passport? And with this stamp (i think it is also called temp GC) can you be out of the US?

my husband's lawyer said it would be better to get an H4 and then file I485 for me... they said could have problems filing I485 from a B VISA. Also I need to go home in december and I would not have received advance parole (my husband's AP took 2 and a half months!) Thanks for your help!
