Yestersday, I went to stamp..... I did same thing, I gave all my I-94 forms. I don't care , if airlines didn't take. I kept all I-94 forms to my passports. they took it. They gave me stamping. But i have visa for all times. I don't have to bother. I think, it is better to give all forms...

HI VBK, Can you find his EAC number......not full number....atleast series... where EAC number starts... My date is same as him

Don't worry about RFE...if you have proper job and pay stubs. Take it easy.......at least ....they picked up your application. Send RFE details quicker...you will get approve with in 3 weeks.

If you don't mind...you can give two more number in your EAC. I am just tracking my EAC number. I want to see .....how far i am with your EAC number. EAC0205353xxx is too far ...???

There is no approval after RD oct15. INS is working on previous cases.( i guess)

She will be in AOS status. No need of renewal for EAD. If she is working , apply renewal otherwise leave it. She is dependent catagory.
