My spouse's case has been transferred to San Antonio local office (we moved to TX last year after my case was approved, I am the primary applicant), what does it mean to us? Is there going to be an interview? How would this affect the processing time?

It does not look like the normal INS letters which say "do not forward", it actually looks like a credit card mail (a lot of credit cards come from Lincoln, NE), in my case the letter got forwarded with no problems.

RPT2K I called the FBI a couple of weeks ago and the lady did say that they do not keep detailed files for 90 days older, but somehow she could tell the FP was rejected and she said the normal reason for rejection is unclear FP. That was the story.

If you have waited long enough pending review probably means your FP was rejected and NSC does not nother to tell you, well that is what happened to me. FBI rejected my FP in last Dec but I just found out recently. Check with FBI about your results. Good luck.
