Anyone knows what the rules are regarding concurrent adjudication of concurrent cases with PD current? Will it be concurrently adjudicated per I140 schedule? Or I 485 will be processed per I485 cases? That'll be too unfair to many of us. It has been more than a month since CIS changed rules...

Nope. This has nothing to do with RFE, This is responding to "YOUR request for more information". I got the same email and got 140 approival after about a week. So don't worry. The message itself does not necessarily mean bad news. It could be good news so don't worry it at all.
