Programmer/Anaylyst II to Senior Software Engineer with AC21

I have a question: I am now Software Engineer in a
company, but my job prior to 2003(?) and
also in Labor Certification is "Programmer/Analyst
II". The job duties are the same though.

My I140 was approved and my I485 was filed way more
than 180 days ago.

If I am promoted from "Programmer/Analyst II" (My LC
job title) to "Senior Software Engineer", will it
negatively impact my green card process? Are those two
positions the "Same or Similar" jobs from USCIS's
prespective?

Now I am doing 100% programming, if promoted, I may do
50% programming, 50% software maintenance and support,
will this be fine?

Will USCIS think "Programmer/Analyst II" and "Senior
Software Engineer" are two different jobs? How they
determine that? I checked O*Net web site and it does not make sense.
Even "Programmer/Analyst" is not related to "Software Engineer".

Did you know any approved cases where
the applicants started in LC as Programmer/Anaylyst II
and had been promoted to Senior Software Engineer upon
adjudication? In AC21 cases which is more important to determine "same or similar", job description or job title?
