Hey guys, just spoke to my lawyer, actually my case was certified by the regional level (DOL) on Aug. 25th I don't know when CT certificate go through, but sure earlier than Aug. 25th! :) good luck to all!

just heard from my lawyer, they received the certification today :) what is the next step, will CT labor forward my case to DOL directly or my lawyer will do so, anyone knows? Thanks in advance

Mine was file Dec. 6th, 2001..just contact my lawyer today and my lawer hasn't get back to me. Is there any other way i can find out myself? Will the department inform both me and my lawyer? your info is appreciated..thanks!
