Spouse 485 Approved My Spouse's 485 was approved on Dec 12. I saw a LUD on Dec 11 and recieved the email on Dec 12. We are still waiting for the physical card to arrive. Mine was approved in October (see signature). With this we are done with the GC process just in time for the holidays...

Folks per my previous post, I received my approval in the mail out of the blue yesterday. Today, I checked the mail (hoping to see my spouse's approval) but received my card instead. Online status is still unchanged. Nice start to the weekend!

I sent a letter to FL on April 17 without FOIPA. I received a response today 7/05 (letter was dated June 27) that its "in process" - so NC clearance did not work for me. After the FL letter I had filed a FOIPA and received a response a while back that no record was found.

I got the same exact info from a TSC lady yesterday. However, her info is incorrect as i had called the FBI and they confirmed they had sent the results a couple of days after the FP in May (see signature).

Same here. No change in LUD for spouse. I called a TSC IO yesterday and she said still waiting for some info - don't know name check status. I think these LUDs are simply internal administrative stuff - not indication of being close to approval.

I also got a LUD on 6/30 along with an email. The message changed from "on march 2 ...VSC to TSC" to "case now pending at TSC..." See my signature for details

thanks for the responses. i managed to get through. the lady did not give me specifics but did indicate that they are waiting for all the information to come in before adjudicating - which I assume means the NC is stillpending.

akayal 1973 how did you use POJ for a transfer case. I tried using this trick substituting the EAC# for SRC but did not get through. I used the following number and sequence: TSC, dial 1 800 375 5283 then 1-2-2-6-1 enter SRC# then 1-1-3-4 Am I doing something wrong? thx

All the POJ postings I have read say enter SRC # at a certain step - if the case was transferred from VSC to TSC then the receipt number still remains EAC.... Can one simply substitute the EAC number at the step when SRC is requested? Does anyone has any experience with this? (I am assuming...
