    Passport stampled 06/26 at San Jose Went at 7:10am. It took about 3 hrs. Passport stamp valid for 1 year. Officer said it should take less than 6 months to get actual card. Good luck to every body. Signing off.

    I checked AVM today. I-485 cases for my wife, my son and myself were approved. I heard it again, and, then again. We felt really nice. Here are the details, I-485 Application mailed on Aug 23, 2001 Priority Date - Don\'t remember. My labor got approved in Feb/Mar 2000. Receipt date Sep 24...

    Approval Trend: Only RFE cases ??

    This may sound strage ... Here\'s my theory... We are seeing approvals on 2-3 work days in a week. I think that with the new IBIS system, the computer is shared between different types of cases and/or departments.

    Approvals on 6/2, 6/3 and 6/6! I don\'t understand this. It looks like INS is processing 485 applications 2 days a week. Any ideas.

    Talked to IIO today Not very helpful. The IIO said they were processing April applications (standard message I guess). It could take 5-6 months to process. My application is not assigned to an officer yet. FYI.

    Posting problems - Could be. I know of 2 people who got approvals since Apr 9th. One of them is my co-worker.

    AVM Changed yesterday sometime. \'Cause I had checked over the weekend and it was saying 975-999 days. Today morning I checked and it says Processing resumed. However My Son\'s message still says 975-999 days. His application is a couple hundred numbers away, also he did not do fingerprinting...

    Friend\'s wife got approval Old case - My friend got approval last dec. RFE was issued for his wife\'s case requesting marriage certificate. RFE replied in mid April. She got approval yesterday by mail. Don\'t count this number.
