Received Oath today I just received my oath letter today and it is in Monterey Highway on 28th Aug. My interview happened last month (see signature) and the officer was really really nice and the interview was straightforward.

Got Interview letter yesterday. Dates are in the signature.

Update: I went to the FP office on Charcot they said they are not doing Early FP but the guy let me in any way. Update in my signature.

I am in the same boat, People who's priority date is 04/23 already got there FP noticies a week back. Keep in touch as we both have the same priority date.

Hi All,  I got FP notice on march 7th, my wife didn\'t receive it till now. we both submitted the applications at the same time.   Will calling IIO helps or is there any thing else which I should try. RD is 12th sept from SJC. Thanks for your suggestions..

Not Yet... My RD is Sept 12th ND is 18th Sept EAD and AP approved on Dec 1st.. waiting for FP notice. I live in San Jose.

FP Notice Info There is now a National FingerPrint scheduler which schedules FingerPrint notices.. and that\'s why INS can no longer track the schedule. For San Jose folks, the scheduling is taking atleast 6 months after RD. Hope this helps

FP Notice Info I talked my lawyer and she says you cannot ask INS about FP\'s any more. Any body have idea on when september mailer\'s getting their FingerPrints. I saw in the post that August mailers getting their FP\'s. Location: San Jose
