    Hi, my mother-in-law has green card and she traveled for years coming/going back. Now it's been three years, she did not come back. Is she be able to come later if she wants or what should we do? She never turned the Green Card to the Embassy. My wife is US Citizen.

    Thank you for the advise, so Basically, Just the Birth Certificate for her Step-Child, since he is now 15 and she got married to his father when he was 12. And Marriage Certificate displayed the marriage date before he is 18 any way.

    you need to look at f4 category in the visa bulletin. Currently processing cases from May 2005. Should we look for May 2005 (Box 1) or June 2006 (Box 2), please advise, I have applied for my brothers in June 2008 also.
