NVC Immigrant Visa .... How to do Address Update with NVC

hi

I have a immigrant petition for a brother sitting with NVC for a long time.

I used to email NVC and I used to get acknowledgement back that address has been updated.

But this year I did send them and no response for address update has been received and I have tried calling as well but lines busy.

Does any one know how long does it takes for address update from NVC recently and what email u are using and what will be good no to speak to some one at NVC.

I appreciate hearing from some one. Thanks in advance TW

Best way to change the address is to call NVC at 1-603-334-0700 and call late in the evening.
