    I think you can wait for some more time My RFE was issuesd on 20th Oct Lawyer got it somewhere on 3rd of Nov. It was sent by FedEx on 7th of Nov It was received by INS (AVM updated) on 30th of Nov So I think you are ok and you should wait a little more. Your case is definitely different...

    When did you reply to RFE And how did you reply by ordinary post or FedEx. If FedEx then which address. My ND is April, got RFE on Oct 20th, still waiting to get it updated. What was the RFE for? Mine was for Pay Stubs and W-2s. I think you should get approval anytime now. Thanks in advance.

    Call IIO I think it works for Vine and others. I talked to my lawyer today and she is confident that it reaches the same place as they keep an envelop inside FedEx with the same POBOX address. Anyway I\'d suggest you to call IIO.
