FINALLY!!!! Approved after RFE!

Hello all,

  Got a call from my lawyer today. He received my approval! I was surprised because the phone message at the INS says it\'s still pending.

  Details:

  I-140 took 18 months. EB3 (CANADA)
  RD: 02/01
  ND: 03/01
  Did FP 2 weeks early.
  RFE for Medical, W2s, Tax returns, pay stubs, letter from the company, and GRE and SAT scores (I\'m kidding about the last two).
  Sent Response to RFE in 9/10.
  RFE "Received" 10/10.
  Approval 11/15

  Still waiting for my wife\'s approval (tomorrow maybe?)
