No Title According to my lawyer FP clearance and FBI report are two different things done by FBI. FP clearance takes only 1 or 2 days whereas FBI report can take between 1 day to a few months. This could explain the delay is INS receiving FP data vs FBI sending them.

FBI does not disclose quality of FP you can call INS and they will let you know. Don\'t worry too much about it. Even if the quality is not good there is nothing you can do but wait for another FP notice. Check CIBA\'s site. it has got some FP experiences in dealing with FBI.

Its just a standard practice At will employment is a common term used in a good number of employment offers. It basically means that you are free to quit any time you want, and your employer can fire you anytime they want. I don\'t think this will impact your 485 process.
