"At Will" Employment : Will it cause any problems in 485?

My attorney has asked for the employment letter from the company.

My company is ready to give the standard letter stating the normal things like the position, title etc etc.. However my company is very adamant in mentioning about the "At will" employment in this letter to keep it free of any liabilities in the future.

The company wants to mention that the employment is "at will".

"Mr X\'s employment by the company is an employment “at will”, and accordingly, either he or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause."

If the above statement appears in the letter of employment, will it ruin the chances of the GC or will it increase the risk of RFEs?

I am sure most of our employment is at will but will the mention of it in the letter for 485 be a big concern for the GC processing?

Any of you in a similar siuation or any friends in a similar situation.. please respond.

Thanx

Its just a standard practice

At will employment is a common term used in a good number
of employment offers. It basically means that you are free
to quit any time you want, and your employer can fire you
anytime they want.

I don\'t think this will impact your 485 process.
