Freinds, I filed AOS in 07/00, still waiting. Mwanwhile my company is going south. I don\'t know how long will the job last. if i loose the job and could not find a new job, will my 485 still be valid?. What are the chances I have. Please Reply ... Thanks !!

I am waiting for 485 approval . RD 07/00 ND 08/00. Though NSC is processing RD 09/00 , they somehow left my case. Is it of any use contacting politicians about this. I know that these are troubled times. But keeping quiet won\'t help either. Your opinions please .......

It is abosolutely misleading. Lots and lots of people from 07/00 RD are wating. When you call IIO , they don\'t even know when they can take up these cases. I don\'t know why these guys do this. It is really really pathetic. Also notice that now the AVM has reduced the estimate to 360-390...

Rafiq1, Have you got the approval yet? Per new processing times, they are processing Aug 28th 2000 and beyond RDs.
