    RFE was about birth certificate and emplyoment letter. I sent affidavicts from father and mother. I suggest every one to have one copy of affidavict from father and mother for those who subimtted birth certificate from municipal office.

    I sent my RFE on Nov 14th. The AVM still says they sent RFE on Nov 1st Guys, Is that normal in some cases it takes 3-4 weeks to get the AVM updated that they received the RFE? How many days will it take after receiving the RFE.

    I-485 Approved

    Just ask your father and mother to send affidavicts stating that your are their son It should be notarised. The format can be found in immitracer. I did get RFE for birth certificate and I did the same thing. Better to keep them with you before you get. You may or may not get.

    I sent my RFE on 11/15. AVM still not updated RD 9/13 ND 9/27. RFE issued on Nov 1st. Received on Nov 9th. RFE is regarding the affidavicts for birth Certificates. How much time it usually takes to update AVM?
