I-485 approved after RFE

RFE sent to me on Nov1st
RFE sent back on Nov13th
Propably my case has been approved on 12-10-01.
AVM still says that they sent RFE on Nov1st. Even I checked yesterday.
My lawyer called me and told that she received the approval and she is sending them to me.

NILU ABOUT YOUR RFE ????

Hello NILU, could U pl thro some info on your RFE, I mean what kind of RFE did U get from INS.

RFE was about birth certificate and emplyoment letter.

I sent affidavicts from father and mother. I suggest every one to have one copy of affidavict from father and mother for those who subimtted birth certificate from municipal office.
