Got RFE Need help.

I got RFE as per AVM. Still didnt know what it is. AVM says they posted on Nov 1st. Any idea how many days it will take

RD Sep 13 and ND Sep 27th. LIN-00-269-XXXX
For my wife the AVM still says 33-360 days. Does that mean only I got RFE?
I got affidavits already signed from my father and mother but forgot to get them notarised. Is that complusory??

Any ideas as what the RFE is about??

I think, the affidavite should be notarized and if u r from India it should be Rs10 stamp paper.
