   I received a rfe for myself regarding affidavits as my mothers name was not included in the birth certificate. Thanks for everyone who participated in this site as it helped a lot to me.

can you let me know what affidavits ( from whom ) did you take to compensate missing mothers name in birth certificate
my case is similar , but feb 01 ND

Just ask your father and mother to send affidavicts stating that your are their son

It should be notarised. The format can be found in immitracer.

I did get RFE for birth certificate and I did the same thing. Better to keep them with you before you get. You may or may not get.
