I was told by FBI that, the fingerprints are not complete. Can I ask INS office (where I had the fingerprints) to redo again? Or I need to wait for another FP Notice from INS? Can anybody advise. Details : NSC EB2 PD 6/99. RD 11/00 ND 12/01/00. FP 03/24/01

No Title Hi,   Mine EB2/NSC. RD 11/20/00. ND 12/01/00. My lawyer got the FP Notice on 03/19/01 for 03/20/01. I have not received anything so far. Do they send a copy to me also? Who will receive the yellow form or some other form (lawyer or me). Anybody can clarify?

No Title Hi Raj789,     I am different. But, My RD is 11/20/00. ND is 12/01/00. MY EAD approved on 02/08/01 and received card on 02/13/01. AP approved on 02/13/01. Not yet received the approvals. This is just for your info.
