It is just the copies of EAD.. I am following it up from 2 months. Replied to RFE\'s .... waiting for the approval. I know there are still some 31/00 cases that are still pending and some are geting approved recently.

AVM is updated with RFE sent on 10/25/001, received on 11/2/2001. RFE is about proof of employment and authorization of employment.

More info Both my 140 and the 140 amendment were approved at NSC. No RFE as of today. Fingerprinting done at 12/00 Priority date is 6/98

Two weeks back IIO told me that she will inform to special team about my case as it has taken more time. Today IIO says the problem resolution has taken some action today based on the previous IIO\'s request,  she does not have any idea about what the action is.

There are so many , please check previous descussions  

RD 3/31/2000 , ND 4/21/200.. spoke to IIO today She told me that my case is still pending , she will inform the special team about this. She also asked me to check back with in two weeks if I don\'t hear any thing. PS: A week back the same message was given to my lawyer GOD ONLY KNOWS ...

It is not true You can see some cases are getting approved and also getting assigned to officer. After I have got the same reply like you I have informed my lawyer and they called NSC , now IIO says they will put a special request to the officer. Don\'t worry every thing will be fine !!

Wrong info This is not new... they have been telling the same lies from past two months. Do you remember the name of the IIO so that we can confirm that she does not have any clew about what she is talking Also check the same subject started by me

I am also waiting EB2/RIR/ with LIN-146-xxxx , no RFE..............God only knows

I just spoke to IIO , she says that my case is pending because the visas are not available. She also told me that it is not even assigned to an officer. I have called them before on 9-5-2001 that time they told that I should hear from them with in 30 days. My RD: 3/31/00...

Wrong answer from IIO I have been told by IIO that visas are not avialable.
