This morning IIO said that they will not move the files for another week. This is confirmed with two cases. Guys the audit is really going on if you don\'t know already.

But you are right in that , if the case is not assigned, then it might not get assigned for about another week or so.

I saw couple more posting on approvals today at Immitracker.com. So they are working, but probably files are not being moved that much.
 
RD 3/31/2000 , ND 4/21/200.. spoke to IIO today

She told me that my case is still pending , she will inform the special team about this.
She also asked me to check back with in two weeks if I don\'t hear any thing.
PS: A week back the same message was given to my lawyer

GOD ONLY KNOWS .... What is really happening.

IIO old me that my case is in " to be worked" area. I don\'t know what does that mean? will it be assigned to an officer after the audit. let\'s keep our fingers crossed.

"to be worked"

This could simply mean that the INS has your case in a room where they match up and combine your fingerprints with your case file. Once your file is combined, they send it off to the adjudicators. No one knows how long that will take, though.
