In my case, the IO did not even ask for it either a copy or original. It's on their file if you already submitted it with other required documents. If they ask you, you can just tell them why you don't have the original. Good luck with your interview!

Thank you. Online case status for my case has not changed yet. I would careless about it since there could be a significant delay. I went to DO in Lawrence, MA. There is Boston DO in MA too. I think they opened a new one not too long ago to accomodate large number of petitions in MA.

As far as I know, they opened the DO in Lawrence not too long ago to accommodate increasing demand in the Great Boston area. I do believe they still have DO in Boston. Good luck.
