Nothing to worry!! This is a very common problem. In my case, till INS started processing, I got the same msg. But, the status changed once they started working on appl. Good luck. P.S. This question has been answered several hundred times on this forum and on other sites. A little research...

Thanks Prince. We replied to my Spouse\'s RFE on July 22nd. It\'s an RFE about medicals. Certainly you should call and find out when they have received RFE. Since RFE is time sensitive, they should have some sense to understand our concern. Thanks for your reply and wish you good luck.

Can you post the date you replied for the RFE? Thanks in advance I would like to see how much time they take to open up the mail(RFE response) and enter them into the System.

No Title Thanks to all. I got the vaccination done at local health dept. The TD vaccine is under real shortage. Though the Dr. hesitated initially, since this is for INS purpose, he agreed to adminitser the vaccine. I think a waiver of TD vaccine also would have worked in my case.

My spouse got an RFE for medicals. But the Dr. says the vaccine tetanus Deptheria is on shortage and will not be available in near future. He also said , he will give a waiver again. I am not sure what to do! Pl. help. I apprecaite all your views. Thanks
