Another November case waiting PD 598 ND 1199. Company name change case. Got RFE for Empl letter and paystubs and replied on 8/13. Waiting. What was your RFE about? Did the AVM get updated propmtly? mine used to get updated very promptly. Their sleeping on RFE responses makes me very nervous...

7/23 RFE, replied on 8/13 recd on 8/15 Still waiting, but AVM updated promptly. It was updated for RFE also and I got the RFE on 7/25th. Just hoping that I am with an efficient officer. (It was for Empl letter and last 3 paystubs)

My case was pending for a long time and on hold due to comp. name change. I applied for A I140 and got stuck up in the mailroom delay. Finally when they took my A I140, somebody took my 485 application also and sent an RFE. Did anybody got approved, after getting an RFE and without replying...

No Title What they meant is clearly written on the RFE also, Send the RFE letter (blue in colour) along with your response.

You also will get I also used to believe the same, untill I got an RFE at home myself. Lawyer also got the same day. It was generated on 7/23 and I got it yesterday(7/26). It may depend on person to person dealing your case.

No Title I remember one person getting approved, who did not file Empl.letter with 485, but waited for the PD to become current, and send Empl. letter , which will be fresh but if you send before, it will be at least 12 months old and they can issue an RFE

No Title How did you know about it? IIO? Did they say what it is for? We all have to keep an eye on when each other is getting and when they accept etc
