just search this site for TD or tetanus.. you will find a few discussions.. there is a possibility that you will get RFE if something is incomplete in the 693 form. And if this is because of a shortage of Td shots, then a waiver might help.. or knock the doors of all hospitals.. some ask...
Looks like Adult Tetanus Diptheria Toxoid (Td) is in shortage nationwide (looks like for a while). The doctor said he can give a waiver due to this shortage. But searching this website, there are many cases of RFEs due to this issue. We are already in a RFE since my wife was pregnant during her...
And it is my turn to say.. I got approved today. I am not partying, since my wife\'s not approved yet, and she was pregnant during the medical exams; guessing it could be an RFE for her. But will check with INS tomorrow.
Just wanted to post ASAP, so that you guys know VSC is processing cases...
We have seen only a couple of approvals in the last 2-3 weeks. I know we were all hopeful to see even June approvals by mid-Feb... at this rate, it is anybody\'s guess. Anyone talked to VSC lately has any insight into this slowness?
Please throw some light on how the FP notices works.. who sends the notices? Local INS or VSC? And in the past how did it work.. MA gets a batch, and then other states? hope others won\'t be left out for too long. I\'d appreciate (so as many others reading this) any information on this.

From TV news...Final test results came out last night, and it was negative. But I am sure they have procedures in place now that will slow things down at least a bit. But haven\'t seen ANY FP notices lately...

I hear you Indiana Jones. I haven\'t gotten to the frustration point yet, but yes there seems to be no logic in FP notices or 485 approvals. At the same time, as everybody else just getting glued to this site hoping for miracle to happen soon.

Here is a guess... I am sure they are going by RD and not ND. So, most of these Jan cases are probably Dec RD and Jan ND (I know there are some exceptions with Jan RD and ND)...
