just search this site for TD or tetanus.. you will find a few discussions.. there is a possibility that you will get RFE if something is incomplete in the 693 form. And if this is because of a shortage of Td shots, then a waiver might help.. or knock the doors of all hospitals.. some ask a few questions and then give you the shot.
