No Title my rfe was mailed may 24. still not in the system. when i got thru the guy said that it was recd on june 10 - hard to believe that they would be working on a sunday, when they are so inefficient all thru the week. he said to call back in about 60 days.

No Title My RFE response was fedexed on May 24. I called the vsc twice, today was told that it was received on June 10 (sunday?), and to check in 60 days.

No Title thanks. I\'m definitely hoping that I don\'t get laid off, and I\'m also working on getting the RFE responded to. I guess I\'ll think about the 180 day rule when/if I come to that bridge. what will happen to the RFE in that case, if the co. does not agree to respond to it?
