Just heard from IIO that an RFE has been issued and that I should recieve it in the next 15 days. I am not sure what the RFE is about. However, just thought I\'d share my info........Changed jobs a couple of weeks ago (Has been more than 180 days since I applied for 485). My previous employer has stated that my new employer should take care of the RFE since I do not work for them anymore. I took a chance to switch jobs based on the 180 day rule and now.....I am not sure on how this is going to work out.
Anybody in a similar situation? Comments or suggestions would be appreciated....
