    did you receive your salary through company's payroll? or is it "under-the-table"? if it's through payroll, then USCIS might discover it. You should hire a lawyer to help you sort this out. if it's under the table, you should be fine. but please don't do anything ILLEGAL again going forward...

    H1B = 30 hrs work and part time MBA

    Can my future employer sponsor me for an H1B with this setup? Hourly wage will be will be $25/hour (higher than prevailing wage in work area), but i will work only for 30hrs/week then they will finance my part-time MBA program. :)

    J1 visa is for Professional Training. H1B is a Working Visa. Please contact your employer and ask them. If they really want you to work ASAP, they should know what to do with your visa application. conversion of J1 to H1B is NOT EASY.
