No Title Has anyone from the RFEs waiting group got approval yet? I felt sad to see that one person from this group was required the second REF (140 redo), and another person\'s case was transferred to the local INS office. I am desperate!

No Title I am suspecting the same thing. It may be an issue of November 15, which is the week before Thanksgiving. The officer may be on vacation for the Thanksgiving week, and put these RFE cases on hold... Hopefully, we will get before Christmas.
