You have to send your paper in to the service center The new regulation does not allow you to get the EAD from local office unless your application did not get approval after 90 days. VSC is working on speed to process EAD now. It takes less than a month to get it now.

Why? I saw some posting on this web saying that the spouse can join after the I485 submission before approval. I did see some posting say their spouses got the approval long after the primary\' approval. Is is only matter of getting receipt notice before primary\'s I485 approval?

Not late till your approval You should get everything ready (filling out the form and have the Medical done), then submit your wife\'s application (with the marriage certificate )on the day\'s marriage. It will save your a lot of trouble if your wife can catch this last bus.

Does your case consider as Oct. case? I have a similar RD and ND as yours. But on the AVM it is said that my RD is Oct.3, which is actually ND on the I485 receipt. Also IIO said my RD is OCt.3. Is that the same as yours?

No Title Insurance may cover it, but you have to go to your Primary Physican to do it, then show the note to the destinated Medical doctor for I-485 application.
