Who pays for Medical? Self, employer or insurance???

It really depends... If your employer is already paying
for everything say, lawyer\'s fee, INS fees then maybe
they will too with your medical exam.

Usually, you pay for them first then reimburse
them from your insurance (they don\'t cover right
away). Since you are entitled to a physical check
up once every year. Try to get a doctor that is
within your insurance network then you may be able
to get back about 80% of the cost. (As long as you
have not had annual check yet, in the last 12 months...)

Hope this helps.

Alternatively, if your employer is paying for your GC, then you can either expense the fees and get reimbursed that way, or talk to your company\'s HR rep/person about what the situation is.

Insurance may cover it, but you have to go to your Primary Physican to do it, then show the note to the destinated Medical doctor for I-485 application.

I paid for everything myself as the doctor and labs refused to accept any kind of Insurance card. i then got everything (100%) reimbursed by my insurance company.

Usually the INS doctors accept only cash. You can get itemised bill from them and submit it to your insurance. It really depends on the insurance to pay it... In my case insurance paid in full
