No Title No, I did not change employer. I got promotion end of 1998 and had 5+ experience by then. I asked my attorney to apply in EB2 cat by redoing LC and i140. Then sent amended i140 approval notice and supporting letter requesting the earlier PD to INS to replace old i140. That worked.
