Finger print done on November 16 2000 in Hackensack NJ ASC

Approval Decmber 20 2000 Attorney got the letter today.

Does it mean that VSC is processing I-485 even if the PD is not current? It\'s a GREAT NEWS. I have the same date as yours.

Congratulations Shridevi, Well this proves the fact that INS GOES BY ND AND NOT PD AFTER 485

I saw few posting confirming the same views but wasn\'t sure.

I think this is true and lot of people agree that PD DOSE NOT MATTER AFTER 485 AND ONLY ND MATTERS. I am taking this as a positive news for guys like us

Looking at this I think the earlier posts of EB3 approval for OCT99 ND may be true? atleast i am hoping for them to be true because I am in their boat.

EB3....?!
I know a lot of people in EB3 with PD 97 and 98, who did their FPs more than 6 months back, and have not received approvals. If this is true, it adds new twists and turns to the already confusing state of matters.

Well Iknow some body who is also EB3 and approved but his PD is 11/97 and was approved on 12/4
