No Title In my case when I got my RFE, the lawyer said not to file a new I-140, but to wait to hear a response from INS. What INS looks for basically is to see whether the tax id # has changed. Vijay

I had passport stamped on 12/01/00. IIO didnt ask for my photographs or anything else. She said that since my approval notice says that an alien registration card will be mailed to you, nothing needs to be done. Anyone had the same experience? By the way my RD is 08/99, EB2 PD 4/98...
