RFE Response, please help!!!

Question to all the employment letter RFE guys: how did you address the "prospect for continued employment" part of the RFE? My stupid employer is not willing to guarantee (on the paper)any future employment. Could you guys please publish what exactly you have written for this? Thanks

I got RFE for emploment letter:
Basically the lawyer took care of it. I can give a gist of what it was.
We employ "name of the person" in such and such position--salary. we continue employing him in the future.

Be more subtle and say "His employment is expected to continue".

If INS comes out with regulations for the 180 days rule for pending AoS, you will probably not even need a letter from the employer ...

I used the samle from http://www.immihelp.com, there you may go to the I-485 section and you can find the sample doc there, it\'s very standard.
If your employer wants you to work tomorrow, they need to address this as future employment in the letter, its their responsibility to do this.

Thank you all for the help. I used the wording "indefinite period of time, but the employer is at will......."
