Stamping Qeustion

Did any one got their passport stamped outside their jurisdiction area. I mean, if you have a approval letter saying to go to Philedalphia local INS office but, you happen to attend another local INS office like Chicago for stamping.

If so,

Did you have any problem getting your cards?

My approval letter didnt say which office to go to, so we went to our closest office i.e. Buffalo and got our passport stamped. The IIO said we should have gone to Phily or Pittsburgh, nevertheless she stamped our passports.
