I called VSC this afternoon she said my case is under review and you will have decsion in 2-3 weeks and I wanted to know what is mean by that im EB3 India , PD 5/97 , I-485 ND 9/11/99. anyone with comments are welcome. thanks

No Title EB3 Priority dates are not current how come your case is transferred as per your posting you have PD 8/7/97 and currently its 2/97 for EB3. could pls correct your details as i believe you are from india , my PD 5/97 ND 9/99 for I-485 EB3/India.

No Title Your Require Fingerprinting Notice and a valid driver license nothing else. You don\'t Need a I-485 Receipt Notice or you can just keep a copy with you but you don\'t need it there.

No Title Well you can go at anytime i went there exactly around 8:10 AM, i was the only person they seen my notice , fill up the form for fingerprinting and they took me to machine and got it done in 5 mins i was out by 8:20 took me around 10 minutes to get done. My PD May97, RD 8/99 , ND...

No Title Well they said they just finish mass mailing yesterday for august Notice Date if your Noticedate in August , I have RD Aug99 and ND of Sept99.So you might be getting there.

Spoke to IIO at VSC regarding processing of FP , she said they are started processing the case for September99 from today as all cases Upto Aug 99 are processed for finger printing , She said they are only going to process the fingerprinting upto September99, as the fiscal year end in September.
