Spoke to IIO at VSC regarding processing of FP , she said they are started processing the case for September99 from today as all
cases Upto Aug 99 are processed for finger printing , She said they are only going to process the fingerprinting upto September99,
as the fiscal year end in September.

Well they said they just finish mass mailing yesterday for august Notice Date if your Noticedate in August , I have RD Aug99 and ND
of Sept99.So you might be getting there.

My RD 7/23, ND 8/31, No FP yet.
For some reason,my RD is listed as 8/31
instead of 7/23 on VSC automated system.

What the VSC IIO told you corroborates quite well with an earlier indication from VSC that by end of summer, the 485 processing time will be reduced to around 12months. This can happen if they finish 9/99 FP cases in near future (say next month) and then use all the 485 processing staff to do the approvals of 485s.

Just my guestimate ...

My 485 was filed in August , I just received call from my lawyer , that I got notice for FP.
