    I485 Approved

No Title Please read my post again carefully. I was not doubting what you said. I was just obliquely expressing my annoyance at those non-believers who usually pop up when somebody posts an approval with a recent ND.

    I485 Approved

No Title Congrats! This is by far the latest ND that we\'ve seen. It is also pleasant that the skeptics who post the usual "This can\'t be true! Stop posting bullsh*t! You are pulling our legs!" drivel did not show up on this thread.

Any theories as to why processing not in FIFO mode?

No Title Venkat, The EAC numbers that you picked randomly might not be I-485 numbers. They could be EADs, for example.

No Title The problem with this new message board is that it seems to take you one level down below the original posting if there is already a reply in the thread. This is extremely irritating and causes some people (like the guy who asked for the RD/ND) to miss the original post.

    First 5 digits of EAC#

No Title Yeah, it\'s hard to imagine the government working more than 5 days a week. However, I\'ve been pondering this "computer date" for a while, and I found that plugging in a number of 5.5 days per week seems to correlate closely (though not exactly) with the empirical evidence...

    First 5 digits of EAC#

No Title Your assumption of 5 working days a week might be wrong. Perhaps they work every other Saturday, even if only in the back office?

    Layoff the Phonecalls to VSC

No Title Those people who call 3 or 4 times a week probably already got what they deserve - anxiety, stress, etc. While they\'ve got their heads stuck up their a***s monitoring every little move about their cases and agonizing over whether they will get the approval letter first before the...
