Hi guys, a cousin of mine entered the lottery visa and this morning he said it showed that they had been selected but this afternoon when I checked the message showed the "NOT SELECTED." Is it possible or was that person checking it smoking something? Thanks

They do not expire as far as I know, but FBI runs a report based on them and that expires.

I am back: Both my K-3 and I-130 got approved a few weeks ago. I paid the $70 bill for the affidavit support and I am waiting for them. However, the embassy sent the info for the K-3 and i have all the papers ready. What should I do? My wedding (real one) will be in the first week of September...

Yes, I just got the notice so it's obvious that the 6 months is a joke. I only sent I-130 with the bio. The support etc will need to be sent to the embassy--in 2011 or whenever it goes there :) Re: the K3. I wish it was just the $1800, but I am not even sure that it would be faster, or what...

I sent mine on early September and today got the receipt notice for I-130, so we are in the matrix :). Given the delays and all, is it even worth sending the K3 Visa application? I also remember that the immigration chooses one if we file for both (I am not 100% sure how that works) I know it...
