Well what I heard is if you have been arrested and or charged before and have any criminal background they tend to take a very long time to be cleared for the name check? Do u mind telling us if u have any prier arrests?

Yes i did call the 304# and they told me they recived my finger prink and sent them back to USCIS the same day which is Sep/24/07..
