Me too!!! Got REF from lawyer at 10/24, INS received at 10/29. AVM not updated yet. I found out most cases which sent REF in Nov., they either approved or AVM be updated. So strange.

I don\'t know my second FP is good or not since we talked with IIO, she said she don\'t know my FP is good or not. I did re-FP at 09/29, get REF at 10/12.

In my case, it is lawyer.  

My Detail info ND 03/27 FP 08/09 (ahead of schedule, it should be 10/21) Requst Date 10/12 Our lawyer received the letter today. It request 3 pay stub, two years w2 and tax form, will send it out tomorrow. Thanks to maintain such a good site.

I got the RFE too, ND is 03/27. AVM have same message as your, same date.  

It give a fixed date, but you can do it early! Good luck!  

My Info My ND is 03/27, My husband did his FP at the end of July. I redid my FP at two weeks before, the person said they received my FP, but not sure it is first one or second one. We didn\'t ask for system 2 info since this is the first time we talked with IIO. jlu

I am secondary applicant. I just lose my job. I have EAD. I applied unemployment insurance. But they sent me a latter for a copy of GC. I have no GC, I only have EAD. Can I claim unemployment insurance using EAD card? Thanks a lot. jlu

I don\'t know yet. We called IRS at last Friday, the lady said they received the results, but don\'t know it is first one or second one. Also don\'t know the quality.

reason for rejection I didn\'t find out the reason until today\'s morning. The lady in the front desk has a list of people which is rejected, also she found a piece of paper which is from IRS, this paper mentioned why you are rejected. Hope this can help. Jlu
