My temporary gc expires in october 09.. I was just wondering if I could travel 3-4 months prior to it expiring?

Hello everyone!! I received the GC back in Oct. 2007, I was wondering when do I have to contact the USCIS to remove the temporary classification of the GC??

Alright, I didn't think about going into details, since i thought all you guys and gals already went through the process, but I'll be glad to share it with you all. The interview was scheduled for 9 am, got there about 8:30, gave the letter and waited about and hour and a half to get called in...

Had my interview today, and already received the email saying last action taken on the case. Did you guys get the same thing the same day?

actually it was a family emergency on my wife's side of the family and she had to travel back to europe for a month, and that's why we had to reschedule the interview
