PCC fees $ 40 ? Is it true that PCC will cost $ 40 from Jan and not $11 as the DC site lists...

Look at the jurisdication range DC Indian embassy has a list of states that it covers. If you fall under that send it to DC. BTW, they told me that PCC fees have been increased ot $ 40. Can anybody confirm this ?

I might get a march date My P3 reached mumbai on 23rd of Dec. Attorney received case number about two weeks back. I tried emailing the consulate to see if they have set the date as yet. Only response I got is they hope it will ne in March. Hope this works out

PCC CGDC I am thinking of sending an application for PCC to DC consulate on Monday. I had questions about the process. What are the things that need to be sent ? Application, Photo, Passport and fees..is that all ? How do they send the passport and PCC back? Do they need to keep the passport...

P3 sent to Mumbai on Dec 18th It reached there at consulate on 21st Dec. Is it true that 20th is the cut off date ? Is March a possibility or should i think more in terms of April ?

Medical I could get appointment at Hinduja for medical in two days. Call the number on the information leaflet that consulate gives you in P IV.

That will be close.. We were told that we will get the passports at 3.30 but they started only at about 4.30. I have heard that that is usual case. You should have it in your hand before 5.30. I guess you could make it by cab !!!

Do not follow the web site I had made the draft for Americal Consulate General, Mumbai..but please double check after getting P IV..My friend who had made it for centurian had dificulty as they rejected that draft..luckily me had about 25 k cash on him.
