    about the birth certificate...i'd recommend you get one from the closest indian consulate. i would think it's be a impossible to link to you a birth certificate without a name on it, right? i mean...how else would you?

    i'd recommend you take it upfront and submit the scores along with your application. that's what i did. it's a pretty simple exam.

    My application has just been transferred to LA from Buffalo; I applied to Buffalo on June 30, 2006 and the case was transferred to LA on May 10, 2007. Hope this info. helps other people out there. I will post an update when I hear from LA. masterpua

    I'm keen on starting a business and have a couple questions regarding applying for I-485 and the EAD. My labor was approved on April 7, 2007. I have a priority date of June 2004. Currently, applications prior to May 2001 are being processed for EB3. Does this mean I can't apply for my I-485...
