My EAD expires on 22 July, 2008 I am going to file for EAD renewal and just realized that this needs to be done 6 months before expiration of original EAD. Due to long weekend etc, my application will get in on Jan 22nd. Will this be acceptable. Does anyone see a problem with my scenario? Thanks
