File Transferred from Local Office to Nebraska

Hi all,

My PD is Jan 04,EB2 India.The 485 was filed with nebraska.The case was transferred to the local office.We had interviews at the local office in Nov 05.Our background checks got cleared on May 6th,08. Today at our infopass,we were given the update that our file has been sent to nebraska for a decision.

Can someone help us understand how to interpret this movement ? Is this normal protocol?

We had the same thing happen to us recently and after they transferred the case back to nsc they sent us FP appts (code 3) and we got all the FP's done on there appts date. I will keep ya posted as to what happens to my case. The last LUD was 3 days ago... will keep ya posted
